Guy Spencer and I are primarily gym friends. We’ve sat on the pool deck after workouts and hung out on several occasions. In chatting about the other gym members, I learned that he shared my taste for younger guys. He knows about the particular special focus of my medical practice. Given that, I was a bit surprised to see him scheduled for an appointment. Especially since he had apparently requested my last time slot. When he showed up with a sexy young twunk in tow, I was less surprised, but even more intrigued.
